Document Description
[CONTINUATION OF PROJECT TITLE:] Lift Station 55-12 Improvement Project The Coachella Valley Water District (CVWD) seeks to purchase a 1.82-acre fee property (Parcel) where CVWD Lift Station 55-12 currently operates. The Parcel is located at 79900 Highway 111, La Quinta, California 92253 (behind Home Depot) [APN 600-010-017]; the purchase agreement will be with Home Depot USA, Inc. The fee property is located in a critical and essential location based on proximity to existing gravity sewer pipelines. At a subsequent date, CVWD plans to replace and relocate the existing Lift Station 55-12 odor control unit on the property. No ground disturbance or construction is included in the purchase agreement. The Parcel is not located with or immediately adjacent to a conservation area associated with the Coachella Valley Multiples Species Habitat Conservation Plan (CVMSHCP). The project is not subject to the Coachella Valley Association of Governments Local Development Mitigation Fee because the project location is an existing, disturbed parcel.
