The existing assemblies have been repeatedly vandalized causing false fire alarms, supervisory alarms, damaged valves/switches, loss of water to the fire suppression system and loss of domestic water to the building. Four Japanese Maples and one Hackberry tree, all planted in 2017 and approximately fifteen ft high, will be removed to clear space for the security cages. None of these are protected due to species, age, or size.
