The project consists of a Development Plan Review (DPR) and Denisty Bonus (DB) Permit associated with the development of a new five-story (53'-0"), nine-unit multi-family residential building with 13 parking spaces (nine located within the subterreanean level and four located on the surface level) at the property located at 232 South Doheny Drive. The building is to include eight market rate units and one unit designated for a very low-income household. The existing single-family residence on site will be demolished as part of the project. The project included three DB incentives/concessions (reduction in cumulative and minimum side setbacks, reduction in minimum unit size, and reduction in modulation) and three DB waivers (increase in building height, additional walkway, and reduction in rear setback). The Planning Commission conditionally approved the Project and associated DPR and DB Permits on July 11, 2024.
