The project site is within the North Sacramento Community Plan Area. The City of Sacramento 2040 General Plan designates the project site as Neighborhood and the project site is zoned Single-Unit Dwelling (R-1). The lots would range from 5,511 square feet (sf) to 11,756 sf. To accommodate the proposed subdivision, the proposed project would require the removal of on-site trees, including some private-protected trees per City Code.
