Document Description
The whole site modernization of Standley Middle School includes upgrades to the existing campus' permanent buildings and various site improvements. Renovations to the buildings include the modernization of classrooms, restrooms, and support spaces. A new entry to the administration building will be included for security and accessibility. Ground improvements will include accessibility, ADA path of travel, site drainage, hardscape repair, and replacement. New site and building signage will also be added to improve on-site navigation. Two existing portables will be removed at the completion of the project. No increase in the number of classrooms or classroom capacity is proposed as part of the project. Construction would begin in February of 2026 and last approximately 26 months.
