The proposed activities involve acquisition computer hardware to improve forensic science services currently offered by the Verdugo Regional Crime Laboratory of the Glendale Police Department, which services local, state, and federal agencies. The Laboratory proposes the use of grant funds to purchase computer hardware and training. The activity does not involve construction activities, enactment and amendment of zoning ordinances, improvements to existing public structures, adoption nor amendment of local General Plans or elements.
