Proposed work includes the demolition to subgrade of the existing on-site infrastructure and improvements including buildings, sidewalk, paved parking areas, and minor landscaping. All subgrade utilities and landscape irrigation infrastructure will be capped and abandoned in place. Heavy equipment to be utilized includes excavators, backhoes, skid steers, and haul trucks. All debris will be taken off site and disposed of appropriately.
