Document Description
The construction, use, and maintenance of a new single-family dwelling measuring approximately 1,884 square feet with an attached two (2) car garage on a 12,626 square foot vacant lot that is within the Mount Washington-Glassel! Park Specific Plan area. There are zero (0) Protected Trees on site per the Arborist Report, and therefore proposed for removal. However, there are 57 trees on the project site , and seven (7) Significant Trees are proposed for removal and replaced on a 1 :1 ratio. The Arborist Report was prepared by Tree Path, Cris Falco, Certified Arborist #WE-7490B dated March 14, 2022, and was reviewed, signed, and stamped by Urban Forestry Division staff on May 30, 2022. This environmental analysis does not authorize the removal of any street trees without the prior approval of Urban Forestry , in compliance with LAMC Section 62.9169 and 62.170 and their applicable findings.
