PHASE 1 INCLUDES THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE FIRST TWO MOBILE HOMES AS SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN. THE TWO MOBILE HOMES WILL BE OCCUPIED BY HERMILIO CASANOVA AND JUAN MARQUEZ. HERMILIO CASANOVA IS AN EMPLOYEE OF “D & V DAIRY” LOCATED AT 15625 AVENUE 144 IN TIPTON, CA. JUAN MARQUEZ IS AN EMPLOYEE OF “EL MONTE DAIRY” LOCATED AT 10410 AVENUE 160 IN TIPTON, CA. PHASE 2 WILL INCLUDE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF TWO ADDITIONAL MOBILE HOMES TO COMPLETE THE TOTAL OF FOUR (4) TEMPORARY MOBILE HOMES AND AN ADDITIONAL WATER WELL ON SITE TO DIVIDE THE SERVICE CONNECTIONS. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMITS FOR THE MOBILE HOMES OF PHASE 2, THE APPLICANT SHALL PROVIDE THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT WITH DOCUMENTATION OF THE FARM EMPLOYEES WHO WILL BE OCCUPYING THE MOBILE HOMES AND OBTAIN A BUILDING PERMIT FOR THE SECOND WATER WELL.
