Document Description
The Priority 1 phase scope of work for the Tamalpais Valley Elementary School Modernization Project is outlined in the 2022 Facilities Master Plan approved by the Mill Valley Board of Trustees on February 2, 2022. The project is funded by Measure G which was approved by voters in 2022. The Priority 1 phase scope of work is intended to include various replacements, updates and/or modernization of existing systems and infrastructure. For the Tamalpais Valley Elementary School, this includes various work to ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and modernization and enhancement work for the shade structures, outdoor learning environment, fire life safety system, playground, plumbing infrastructure, and rest rooms.
