Document Description
The Project includes the replacement of existing deteriorating unsafe Modular Building at Fire Station no.1 with a new 36’ x 60’ Modular Building, upgrade of existing backflow preventor and installation of new fire service lateral for the new fire sprinkler system. The new building will provide the same functions as the current building, which is served as a venue for firefighting academies, various training courses and additional office space during significant emergency events. Construction is expected to begin in fall 2024 and is expected to complete in summer 2025.
