Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-MEN-51139-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Eric Goldman. The Project is limited to one encroachment. The proposed encroachment is to upgrade an existing culvert. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, removal of the existing culvert, replacement with new properly sized culvert, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring (with D50 of 18-inch) as necessary to minimize erosion. If work must occur when surface flow is present, Permittee shall submit a site-specific dewatering plan consistent with measure 2.12 (below) for review and acceptance by CDFW. Post-construction, work will also include revegetation of the disturbed riparian areas following a revegetation plan consistent with measure 2.20 (below) which shall be submitted to CDFW for review and acceptance.
