Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS-SBA-30063-R5, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the City of Santa Barbara as represented by Beth Anna Cornett. The Project is limited to the replacement of the De La Vina Street Bridge over Mission Creek (Creek). Project activities include demolition of existing bridge and buildings; utility relocation; creek diversion and dewatering; construction of diversion dams; installation of the new bridge, associated abutments, concrete wingwalls, rock slope protection, and downstream soldier pile walls; use of temporary work areas within the creek; and creek bank revegetation of native riparian species. The Project also includes restoration of 0.10 acres of coast live oak woodland on site.
