The proposed project is an Outside Service Area Agreement (Agreement) between Penngrove Sanitation Zone (Zone) and property owners George and Sarah Irwin, to provide public sewer service to property located at 845 Palm Ave., Penngrove, California. It has been determined that the existing septic system has failed, which creates a health hazard, therefore, there is a necessity to connect to a public sewer. An existing sewer main is located near the parcel and connection to the Zone’s facilities would not require a sewer main extension. No capacity issues within the existing collection system are anticipated.
