Full Title: City of Fresno Environmental Assessment No. D-21-779 (P21-00779) for Development Permit Application No. D-21-779 (P21-00779). Addendum to IS/MND for City of Fresno Proposed Project for Dolores Huerta Park (formerly known as Milburn and Dakota Park) Project The City of Fresno intends to construct a park project located on the northeast corner of North Milburn Avenue and West Dakota Avenue at 4550 West Dakota Avenue. The park project involves the development of a neighborhood park on approximately 4.5 acres of vacant land currently zoned as Park and Recreation. Proposed Park amenities include a multi-use field, covered stage, playgrounds, water play area, restrooms, picnic shelters, a rubberized jogging track, dog parks, skate park and landscape plantings. This project will also include off-site street improvements and stormwater mitigation improvements in which the addendum to the IS/MND was prepared. The required street improvements for the project would provide a safe access to the park.
