Document Description
Issue Right of Entry (ROE) to Washoe Meadows State Park for South Tahoe Public Utility District (STPUD) to access STPUD’s gravity sewer to perform maintenance on a clogged section of sewer line. This ROE will allow access outside of STPUD’s existing easement in order to protect sensitive natural resources in the park. The alternative access route is located along 1,500 feet of existing trail and terminates at 150 feet of open forest and meadow habitat Work will comply with all State and Federal environmental laws, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act, California Environmental Quality Act, Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code, and all conditions identified in the Right of Entry Permit; and be coordinated with State Parks Environmental Scientists and State Parks Archaeologists. All resource and cultural protection measures and project requirements will be followed.
