Document Description
The project would construct signals at the intersections of R Street/29th Street and R Street/30th Street to allow for a dedicated pedestrian crossing phase and bulb-outs to shorten crossing distances. These signals would be interconnected with the light rail system to coordinate automobile and light rail operations and minimize impacts to the traveling public. The project would include minor sidewalk reconstruction, pavement rehabilitation, and trenching of a new signal conduit relay to the adjacent 23rd Street and Stockton Boulevard light rail signal cabinets.
