Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number ELD-43001-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Jake Derner. The project is limited to installing two,10 foot by 12 foot, concrete cast in place approach slabs, one on each side of the bridge. Rip-rap will be placed around the abutments totaling approximately 200 square feet. A concrete cast in place retaining wall measuring 7 feet long and 4 feet tall will be placed around the existing 48 inch by 12 foot culvert to prevent erosion. A hydroseed mix will be used within the riprap and around the retaining walls. On the south side of Sweetwater Creek, a wooden fence will be installed near the bank with thuja green trees planted along the length of the fence.
