The Project is a 7-story apartment development consisting of 282 residential units. Residential units within the Project would include a mix of studios, one-bedroom units,
two-bedroom units, and potentially three bedroom units. The Project qualifies for a 50 percent density bonus in exchange for affordable units. Under the State Density Bonus Law (SDBL), the Project is entitled to a 50 percent density bonus, three incentives/concessions and unlimited waivers from development standards.
