The existing vehicle access bridge is being replaced with a new vehicle access bridge, on the same site, and essentially within the same location of the existing bridge that failed and will have the same purpose and capacity as the bridge that it is replacing (Class 2 Categorical Exemption). Further, the replacement of the existing vehicle access bridge will result in minor alterations to the land and does not involve the removal of healthy, mature, or scenic trees (Class 4 Categorical Exemption).
