Document Description
The Prairie City State Vehicular Recreation Area (SVRA) Road and Trail Management Plan (RTMP) provides specific and detailed management direction for the off-highway vehicle (OHV) route systems within nine management areas in Prairie City SVRA, guiding their future development, operation and maintenance. Future development under the RTMP would design, construct, and maintain sustainable routes, trails, and related facilities for OHV and nonmotorized use consistent with relevant guidelines and regulations. Management recommendations are provided to increase visitor safety and enjoyment, while protecting natural and cultural resources. The RTMP includes overarching recommendations to maintain the SVRA's entire route and trail system over the long-term.
