Reasons for Exemption
Several existing drainage culverts experienced significant damage during storms and are in need of emergency repairs. The repair work will include replacement/ reconstruction of existing facilities where the new structure will be located on the same site as the structure being replaced and will have substantially the same purpose and capacity as the structure replaced. This project will result in negligible or no expansion of capacity as it will replace existing culverts. All work will occur within the County's existing right-of-way.
