Document Description
Lease between the County of San Diego, on behalf of San Diego County Fire Protection District (SDCFPD), and Alpine Fire Protection District (AFPD) for use of a non-exclusive area of approximately 2,900 square feet on a portion of the first and second floors of the existing AFPD fire station and four non-exclusive parking spaces. Lease space is for one paramedic response ambulance, two emergency medical staff contracted personnel, storing appropriate supplies and equipment to support SDCFPD’s delivery of emergency medical services, and such uses as may be incidental thereto. The term of this Lease shall commence on September 30, 2024, and shall be for five years.

Additionally, the project will not impact environmental resources of hazardous or critical concern that are designated, precisely mapped and officially adopted by government agencies; does not contribute to cumulative environmental impact; will not have a significant impact on the environment due to unusual circumstances; does not damage scenic resources within a designated state scenic highway; and is not on the list of Hazardous Waste and Substance Sites pursuant to Section 65962.5 of the Government Code.
