The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number PLA-50836-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Gregg Thompson. The project consists of the construction of a new single use pier approximately one hundred twenty-one-point-nine (121.9) feet long by ten (10) feet wide, with an adjustable catwalk and a twelve thousand (12,000) pound boat lift, removal of an existing mooring buoy, and eighteen (18) square feet of fish habitat enhancement.
