One of the restaurants would be a 2,400 square foot (sf) Panda Express with a drive-through. A tenant has not been determined for the second restaurant; however, this restaurant would include a 2,100-sf building with a drive-through. The 1.6-acre parcel, identified as APN 017-171-046, is located on the western commercial lot in the Wildcat West Subdivision as envisioned in the Northwest Rocklin Annexation EIR.
