Document Description
The Project would demolish three (3) single-family houses and construct a new six-story residential building with 50 apartment dwelling units and 80 parking spaces on the ground-floor level and one subterranean level (P1 ). The Project would remove 13 non-orotected street trees and will olant 13 on-site trees and 3 street trees.

(c) The project site has no value as habitat for endangered, rare or threatened species. (d) Approval of the project would not result in any significant effects relating to traffic, noise, air quality, or water quality. (e) The site can be adequately served by all required utilities and public services.
