The applicant is proposing to construct and operate an unmanned wireless communications facility located at 19550 Front St., Stratford, Assessor’s Parcel Number 026-131-040. The facility will include a 100’ monopole wireless pole, twelve (12) 8’ antennas, six (6) Remote Radio Units (RRUs), one (1) 2’ microwave, one (1) GPS antenna, and associated equipment. Additionally, two (2) ground-mounted radio cabinets, one (1) raised concrete pad, utility backboard, and multi-meter utility service will be placed within the 40’ x 40’ leased area.
