Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number SJN-48994-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, East Bay Municipal Utility District as represented by Severiano Del Real. The project is limited to upgrading three (3) water pump stations located along the Mokelumne River. The upgrades will include self-cleaning fish screens. The project will require minor vegetation trimming to allow for site access, and power line relocation to ensure operator safety.
