The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has amended Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number PLA-38371-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Skywalker Investments, Inc. The project amendment consists of the removal of an additional nine (9) trees of various species with diameter at breast height (DBH) in excess of four (4) inches while preserving one (1) of the trees previously identified for removal.
