Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number PLA-50192-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Alan Bryan. The project consists of the demolition of an existing open steel grate pier that extends 80 linear feet from the shoreline of Lake Tahoe. The seventeen (17) existing wood piles and open steel grate pier will be pulled from the lake via a front loader stationed on an adjacent floating barge. The landward terminus of the pier will be restored and revegetated to predevelopment conditions. A single, existing mooring buoy will remain in place.
