On June 5, 2024, the City Council of the City of San action: Bernardino approved Agreement for Construction of Rudy Hernandez Community Center Gym Flooring Replacement (Ward 1) ("Agreement"). The Agreement would allow for the replacement of the existing Rudy Hernandez gym flooring and repair of any existing damage to the substrate. The Agreement would allow the City to issue Hur Flooring Co. a "Notice to Proceed", initiating the process to commence the gym floor replacement and repair.
