The Westside Districts include (1) Dudley Ridge Water District (DRWD) (a SWP contractor), plus four member agencies of another SWP contractor, the Kern County Water Agency (KCWA) - (2) Berrenda Mesa Water District (Berrenda Mesa), (3) Belridge Water Storage District (Bel ridge), (4) Lost Hills Water District (Lost Hills), and (5) Wheeler Ridge-Maricopa Water Storage District (Wheeler Ridge).
