Document Description
The purpose of the project is to complete a short term rehabilitation project to address critical condition issues for the existing 500,000-gallon portable water storage reservoir. The work includes painting the roof, girder column installation, CMU crack repairs, roof edge sealant, rafter replacement and repair, concrete repair, demo and repair of roofing, and plywood sheet replacement. Prior to the start of work, the reservoir will be drained. The reservoir will be cleaned and disinfected prior to bringing the facility back online. No excavation is anticipated as part of the work. The beneficiaries of the project include the Community of Los Alamos, a it receives its water supply from the District.
