This action is consistent with Section 15301, Class 1, Pertaining to Existing Facilities. This project will not result in significant impacts and will not require additional public services. Conditions of approval are included as part of the
project. The existing land use would not change with this zone variance and division of land. The home is already in existence and the intent of the project is to separate the home from the remaining portion of the property. Therefore, the use of CEQA Section 15301 is applicable and appropriate for this project.
