The proposed projects involve the replacement of cross culverts at two locations
on Mountain Charlie Road. PM 1.43: Replace an existing rusted out 12" cross-culvert with a new 18" culvert across the width (15 feet) of a two-lane roadway at a depth of 3 feet beneath the road surface. PM 1.63: Replace an existing 24" rusted out cross-culvert with a new 24" culvert across the width (15 feet) of a two-lane roadway at a depth of 4 feet beneath the road surface.
