On March 5, 2025, the Director of Planning approved an Administrative Housing Permit and Ministerial Site Plan to authorize a mixed-use development with 212 residential units with an affordable set-aside, 506 sq ft of office space, and 1,357 sq ft of commercial space. Of the 212 units, 6 units are set-aside for extremely low-income households earning up to 30% of the Area Median Income (AMI), 5 units are set-aside for very low-income households earning up to 50% AMI, and 6 units are set-aside for lower income households earning up to 80% AMI. The project includes 54 parking spaces, of which 79.6% are compact. Maximum project height is 90 ft.
