Document Description
The County of Riverside Transportation Department is proposing to replace two culverts along De Luz Road. One location is located 1,230 feet northeast of Buena Loma Road and the second location is located 500 feet southwest of Buena Loma Road. The improvements consist of replacing 18” and 24” corrugated metal pipes with reinforced concrete pipes. The proposed project will also include installation of flared end sections and installation of headwalls and end walls, and reconstruction of the concrete low water crossings.
