This class of exemption covers the installation, of new pipeline; maintenance, repair, restoration, removal, or demolition of an existing pipeline as set forth in Section 21080.21 of the Public Resources Code, if the project does not exceed one mile in length. The project will result in less than one mile of combined pipeline. 12-inch diameter pipeline would be connected to the existing pipeline at Mountain Ave. and Menifee Road through the only newly constructed 5,200-foot pipeline.
