Document Description
The proposed modifications include the addition of 39 square feet of parking lot signage assigned to the 5,100 square foot restaurant tenant for the purposes of curbside pickup and vehicle circulation. The proposed curbside pickup signage includes 20 curbside parking signs to designate parking stalls and three directional signs within the parking lot. Each curbside pickup sign would total 1.5 square feet, while each directional sign would total 3 square feet. Both sign types would be fixed to an 8.5-foot-tall aluminum pole with a concrete footing and would be non-illuminated. The proposed modifications also include the removal of the nonconforming off-site freestanding monument sign, consistent with Planning Commission Resolution No. 2023-15.
