15301, Class 1: Existing Facilities
Reasons for Exemption
The existing facility is a private utility used to provide public utility services (water) to 10 residences and to ensure dust suppression on a private dirt and gravel road infrastructure. The project will transfer the intake for the system from one established intake location to another on adjacent un-named tributaries to Pescadero Creek. Both diversions are previously existing and permitted. No expansion of system capacity or water use will result from this project. In addition, none of the conditions described in Section 15300.2 apply to this project.
