Document Description
The purpose of the proposed project is to replace the existing surface flows on Sierra Way by diverting a portion of this flow into an underground storm drainage pipe. This new storm drain will be 36" in diameter or larger and will be installed within the existing Sierra Way Road prism between 40th street on the north and 31st street on the south. There will be no change in the overall watershed or volume of storm water transported to the Mt. View Storm Drain, it will just be managed in a different manner to prevent potential flooding from surface flows in Sierra Way.
