Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration
Agreement No. EPIMS-TUL-38928-R4, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Erik Rijlaarsdam.
The Project consists of activities related to the excavation and removal of accumulated sediment from 5,060 linear
feet (0.96 miles) of the Saint John’s River. The area of sediment removal will measure up to 100 feet wide and
excavation will occur to a maximum depth of five feet. Work will occur over multiple years but each area of the
stream will be excavated only once. Sediment removed from the site will be used on farm roads elsewhere on the
property.
