Document Description
The Traver Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) currently operates under Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), Waste Discharge Requirements (WDR) Order No. 88-098. A Report of Waste Discharge (ROWD) will be prepared for the existing WWTF in order to apply for enrollment under the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) Order WQ 2014-0153-DWQ, General Waste Discharge Requirements for Small Domestic Wastewater Systems (General Order). The facility will continue to operate at the original designed capacity with no changes to operations.

Therefore, the application of CEQA Section 15301 is applicable and appropriate for this project.
