Reasons for Exemption
The proposed state of good repair work involves improvements to existing transportation infrastructure consistent with the Existing Facilities categorical exemption (CEQA Guidelines Section 15301). There would be a negligible increase in transportation-related uses as result of these activities to maintain existing tracks, sidewalks/landscaping, signals, station platforms, and other station amenities at existing stations.
