Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to remove damaged foundation, install new foundations, and light poles at 7 locations in Placer, Sacramento, and Yolo Counties within various routes and postmiles (PM) (Please refer to the Continuation Sheet on page 3 for complete list of locations). Trenching at a depth no more than 30 inches would occur for the removal of damaged foundations and excavation for light poles would not exceed no more than 8 feet at depth in a 3-foot diameter. All work would occur within Caltrans right-of-way. The purpose of this project is to preserve the existing facility and prevent further deterioration of the roadway. The project is needed to remove and replace damaged foundations with a new foundations and light poles.
