The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2020-0111-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Megan Wier / City of Oakland.
The project is limited to seismic retrofit of the Leimert Boulevard Bridge including pipe corrosion protection and pipe support improvements on the East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD)16-inch welded steel pipe water main secured beneath the bridge.
