Document Description
The purpose of the proposed Project is to install, inspect, repair, reconstruct, replace, and upgrade any and all appurtenances and structures related to the public street known as 6th Street while enhancing accessibility to MacArthur Park as part of the Maya Corridor Project. Department of Public Works, Bureau of Street Services (BSS) would be granted a non-exclusive permanent easement to an area of MacArthur Park to complete the proposed work of the Maya Project all with the purpose of celebrating the cultural contributions of the significant Central American community with Maya heritage in Los Angeles' Westlake neighborhood. Beneficiaries of the project are patrons of park.
