Document Description
The City of Atwater (Applicant) proposes to construct a new water well to serve the residents of Atwater. The well is designed to output approximately 2,000 gallons per minute (gpm) and be equipped with a variable frequency drive to adjust output based on demand. Treatment systems will also be constructed. The well and treatment systems will be hidden from view by a concrete masonry unit wall and an access road off of Champagne Way will also be constructed.
