Document Description
The project consists of a minor modification to remove condition #16 of a previously approved Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for cannabis production (Z18-069). Condition #16 states that the CUP will expire on February 20, 2020. The removal of this condition will allow the project to be valid until February 27, 2022. The project site is a 0.82 acres developed parcel in the Light Industrial Zone (M-1 S-R).
On February 27, 2019, the Zoning Administrator approved a CUP for cannabis production (cultivation) within the existing 11,282-square-foot building (Z18-069). The applicant proposed minor interior modifications including new partition walls to create flowering rooms, as well as electrical, plumbing, and security improvements. The project did not include Site Plan and Design Review (SPDR), as there were no exterior modifications proposed.
