The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes an emergency project to repair a culvert and fill in a sinkhole in Stanislaus County on State Route 33 at post mile 10.21. All work will be within Caltrans Right of Way. The purpose of this project is to address the failed culvert and the sinkhole. The need of this project is to prevent and mitigate the loss or impairment of life, property, or essential public services.
